The property is in a historic area, 1 block from Main St. and about 6 blocks from the center of town (Marketplatz). The house is located on 2/3 of an acre in town. The neighborhood is part residential and part B&Bs with primarily historic Fredericksburg style architecture.

Hot tub Heating is Included in room rate. Pool Heating to @ 86-88° is optional, but is $75/night (March-Nov)Or $100/night (Dec-Feb) x # of reserved nights. Partial heating is not allowed since we start heating pool days in advance of stay. If extreme weather (below 40s), owner will turn off pool heat and pool heating fee will be refunded. Photo Session- Whether it's a bachelorette/ girls weekend, a family gathering or even an engagement, Mayra is ready to capture your special moments! Mayra Eads Photography 2. In-House Facials: Beauty on the Burg-Dana will make you feel pampered with her 1 hr or mini-facials! 4. PicNGo Picnics can decorate your space, arrange for specialty food, or even deliver groceries before your arrival for Bachelorettes, Birthdays and special events ( we love hosting wedding weekends!) 5. Private Chefs- ask Jill if you are interested! Range from good to gourmet depending on price point! 6. Wine Tours or Transportation: 290 TxTours- ask us for code for a discount! Van for up to 11 people, driver, snacks, waters included. Wine tasting fees extra. IMPORTANT: DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE if you plan on having loud or late night partying/pool use. CITY QUIET HOURS are 10pm-7 am (and neighbors will REPORT YOU). The City is cracking down on all noise violations so POOL and HOT TUB USE ENDS at 10pm and we ask that you bring the guests INSIDE the house at 10pm.

You will need a car to get to Fredericksburg (1 hour from San Antonio and 1.5 hours from Austin). You can call Uber, a taxi or use one of the Wine Tours (highly recommend if you are doing a full day of wineries!).
