Fredericksburg is located in the middle of the Texas Hill Country which is home to over 40 wineries and vineyards attracting thousands of visitors each year. We've narrowed down the options for you below, but there are many others that are outstanding, too!

Kuhlman Cellars values: Family, Food, Friends and Fellowship. Tasting room was carefully designed to educate guests about their process from a knowledgeable guide, an intimate view of the working winery and Sommelier & Chef prepared cuisine. Unlike all other wineries in the area, this vineyard seeks to introduce guests to great wines from around the world ( including the top winemakers in France, Germany, Spain and Italy) and to provide to them a wonderful wine experience among the picturesque setting of the Texas Hill Country. Pontotoc Vineyard Weingarten
This is our favorite "In-Town" tasting room! The Weingarten is nestled in a quaint historic rock cottage with a stone-walled courtyard (with indoor tasting and outdoor seating) and provides a family atmosphere for sharing a picnic of excellent local food and wine. Their food baskets are wonderful to pair with the wine! Weingarten open Friday & Saturday from 12-8pm and Sunday from 12-5pm
