History meets luxury in this large (3500 sq. ft.) German Limestone home (Heinemann-Moritz Estate built in1873 on 2/3 of an acre) in Fredericksburg, Texas.

The home has been lovingly restored, featuring a fabulous outdoor entertaining area with a pool (heated for extra charge), large hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, dining table, chaise lounges and sitting area. There  are 2 grassy lawn areas for kids to run around or play yard games (corn hole/ jumbo connect 4!) 

The gourmet kitchen has an oversized island, bar and a Wolf gas oven with 6 burners, a griddle and 2 ovens for the little chef in you! The living room is floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the lush backyard, lovingly called "The Secret Garden" by friends (has a pullout queen sleeper sofa for kids!) The second living room is in the original limestone Sunday house and has a TV, couch, 2 chairs, a pool table, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the front courtyard. The study has a day bed (sleeps 1 child) and a game table/ 4 chairs with multiple board games for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has stained beams and a vaulted ceiling, tall windows overlooking the private courtyard, a King four-poster bed, TV and private bath (shower and pedestal tub). The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom with double granite-topped sink, walk-in double head shower with travertine tile. The 4th bedroom is upstairs with a vaulted ceiling and private bath with shower. It has 2 Queen beds and a TV. We have beds for 10 adults (and a couch Queen pull-out bed and a daybed for up to 3 kids).  The house offers cable television,  4 flatscreen TV's and Wifi. The dining room seats 10, the breakfast bar seats 2, the back porch seats 6, the fire pit seats 6 and the outdoor dining table seats 8- multiple options for entertaining! The estate is located on 2/3 secluded acres just one block off of Main Street. Setting includes 2 English courtyards and a large backyard with an old Red Barn.
