Sweet Escape – UNREAL house and location!!
Fantastic stay!! We were blown away. The house is stunning - the pictures are a true depiction, even better! It was honestly a dream to stay there. Jill was an incredible host, very obliging and even overnighted some keys one of our girls left. Above and beyond! The house is a few blocks away from downtown, with total privacy! The host even left us beach towels and sunscreens/bug spray. Book this property - you will love it like we did!!

PERFECT FAMILY VACATION!!!
The property was absolutely beautiful and so unique! Perfect space for everyone to spread out and spend time together. We used the kitchen and hot tub and it worked well for nights in and perfectly suited what we wanted- which was time together. Jill was a lovely host, prompt, responsive, and so helpful. The property had materials for us to look at for food and great recommendations for local businesses, and she also messaged them so I could have them quickly on my phone. We talked about coming back over spring/summer for another family trip, as it provided a great setting for all of us. 1/24/2024
Sweet Escape – A perfect getaway spot!!
A fantastic combination of historic and new, beautiful property! It had everything we needed, beautifully styled with the new and old world charm. A chefs kitchen, everything you would need to be comfortable and enjoy a fantastic weekend. The owner is so nice and responded quickly. My family and I had an amazing trip and would do it again.

5/5 Wonderful Fredericksburg Property!
My friends and I had a ladies' birthday getaway and we all loved staying at this property. It was very roomy and well-kept. We loved the pool and being able to sit outside on the porches. Jill was so attentive and helpful and we were very impressed with our stay here. This is definitely a property we would like to come back to!!! 8/1/2023
Sweet Escape – Better than the listing
Excellent property, and exceeded expectations which were high. Property manager was exceptionally responsive and helpful. If there was a need for “Search by property manager” this visit would justify it. A+
